Welcome to the Arkaan digital platform, operated by Can Arrange Inc. ("Can Arrange"). This Terms & Conditions of Use document ("TCU") governs all interactions, responsibilities, and rights for all platform users, including Vendors, Masjids, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), and Senders (Buyers).
Arkaan is a technology-only coordination platform designed to facilitate transparent, accountable, and efficient connections between global Senders, local Vendors, and community institutions. The Platform does not operate as a charity, fiduciary, or financial intermediary, and it does not supervise operations, pricing, sourcing, or distribution decisions of any independent participant.
This TCU establishes the framework for safe, lawful, and good faith use of the Platform, providing clarity on roles, responsibilities, and operational expectations.
To ensure proper use of the Platform, all users are required to read, understand, and comply with this TCU as well as related Arkaan policy documents, including content, privacy, and operational policies. Compliance with these documents collectively ensures safe and effective participation across the Platform.
All users must accept these Terms before registering or using the Platform. By doing so, users acknowledge their understanding of their roles, obligations, and the independent nature of all participants on Arkaan.
These Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arkaan digital platform ("Platform"), operated by Can Arrange Inc. ("Can Arrange").

These Sender Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arkaan digital platform ("Platform"), operated by Can Arrange Inc. ("Can Arrange").
By creating a Sender account, placing an order, or using any Platform features, you acknowledge and agree that:
Arkaan provides a digital coordination platform. Can Arrange does not operate as a charity, money services business, financial institution, escrow agent, or delivery company.
Vendors, Masjids, and Community-Based Organizations ("CBOs") operate independently. Can Arrange does not supervise or control their operations, beneficiary selection, or fulfillment processes.
The Platform provides operational transparency mechanisms, including delivery video confirmation, to give Senders visibility into order fulfillment. These mechanisms are informational only and do not create fiduciary, custodial, or agency obligations for Can Arrange.
All Sender payments are final and non-refundable once submitted. Temporary payment routing may occur when Vendors cannot receive third-party payments. Payments are released upon delivery confirmation.
2.1 Provide accurate, complete, and lawful registration information.
2.2 Maintain account confidentiality and all activity under your credentials.
2.3 Accounts may only be used for lawful purposes.
2.4 Acknowledge that Can Arrange does not independently verify:

7.4 Use of Platform media must comply with the Content & Community Policy.

8.3 Arkaan facilitates communication but is not a party to disputes.
8.4 Good faith complaints only; abusive or malicious submissions may result in account action.

These Vendor Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your registration and participation on the Arkaan digital platform ("Platform"), operated by Can Arrange Inc. ("Can Arrange").
By registering as a Vendor, accepting orders, or providing goods/services, you acknowledge and agree:
2.1 Provide accurate business identification information.
2.2 Maintain lawful authorization to operate in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Cooperate with reasonable verification requests by Can Arrange.
2.4 Maintain up-to-date contact and operational information.
2.5 Acknowledge that approval does not constitute endorsement, accreditation, or validation by Can Arrange.
2.6 Accept responsibility for all content uploaded, including media, messages, and communications.
Vendors are solely responsible for:
Can Arrange does not inspect, certify, or supervise Vendor goods.
4.1 Vendors must confirm acceptance of Orders within the Platform system.
4.2 Once accepted, Orders must be fulfilled as described.
4.3 Vendors may not substitute materially different goods without Sender approval.
4.4 Vendors must coordinate delivery through approved logistics arrangements.
4.5 Vendors acknowledge that delivery completion is verified through Platform confirmation videos.
5.1 Upload clear, unaltered delivery confirmation videos showing:

8.5 Vendors acknowledge that delivery confirmation media is informational only and does not create liability or financial obligation for Can Arrange.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Can Arrange for claims arising from:

Termination does not eliminate outstanding obligations to Senders or Masjids/CBOs.
Can Arrange may modify these Terms at any time. Continued Platform use constitutes acceptance.
By registering as a Vendor, you acknowledge:
These Masjid & CBO Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your registration and participation on the Arkaan digital platform ("Platform"), operated by Can Arrange Inc. ("Can Arrange").
By registering as a Masjid or CBO, creating posts, or receiving goods/services, you acknowledge and agree:
2.1 Provide accurate institutional identification and registration information.
2.2 Maintain lawful authorization to operate as a community organization.
2.3 Maintain up-to-date contact and operational information.
2.4 Acknowledge that approval does not constitute endorsement, accreditation, or validation by Can Arrange.
2.5 Accept responsibility for all content uploaded, including posts, media, and communications.
2.6 Use Platform content and posts responsibly and in accordance with the Content & Community Policy.
Masjids/CBOs are solely responsible for:
Can Arrange does not supervise or guarantee downstream distribution or usage of goods.
4.1 Posts, videos, and images must be accurate and lawful.
4.2 Content may be viewed by all Platform users; Can Arrange does not verify individual claims.
4.3 Masjids/CBOs must not solicit off-platform transactions or communications from Senders.
4.4 Content violating Platform policies may result in removal or account action.
5.1 Upload clear, unaltered delivery confirmation videos for all received goods.
5.2 Media confirms handover only; Can Arrange does not verify final distribution to individuals.
5.3 Falsifying or manipulating delivery media constitutes a material breach.
5.4 Unauthorized distribution or editing of Platform media may result in account action.
6.1 Masjids/CBOs do not directly receive payments from Senders.
6.2 Can Arrange may temporarily route funds or goods through Platform accounts; disbursement occurs according to Platform rules.
6.3 Masjids/CBOs are responsible for local compliance in handling goods or funds received via the Platform.

8.3 Arkaan is not liable for goods, distribution outcomes, or beneficiary selection.

Masjids/CBOs agree to indemnify and hold harmless Can Arrange for claims arising from:

Termination does not eliminate obligations regarding previously received goods or content submitted.
Can Arrange may modify these Terms at any time. Continued Platform use constitutes acceptance.
By registering as a Masjid/CBO, you acknowledge:

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of TCU v1.0, including all Sections A, B, and C, and any subsequent amendments published by Can Arrange.
