The purpose of this Policy is to:

  • Maintain a lawful, safe, and transparent digital environment
  • Establish clear standards for user conduct

  • Clarify the limits of the Platform's role regarding user-generated content
  • Support operational transparency, including the use of content in complaints, disputes, or chargeback references

Arkaan operates solely as a technology coordination platform and does not supervise, verify, or control the independent activities of users.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all individuals and organizations interacting with the Platform, including:

  • Buyers (Senders)
  • Vendors
  • Masjids
  • Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)
  • Other authorized users

This Policy governs all content shared through the Platform, including:

  • User profiles
  • Institutional descriptions
  • Text posts
  • Images and multimedia
  • Video content (including delivery confirmation videos)
  • Product or service listings
  • Messages, feedback, or communications submitted through Platform systems

3. Platform Role and Content Responsibility

All content shared on the Platform is created and provided by independent users.

Can Arrange:

  • Does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted information
  • Does not certify or audit institutional claims
  • Does not investigate or validate operational activities of Vendors, Masjids, or CBOs

Content moderation performed by Can Arrange exists solely to enforce Platform rules and does not constitute verification, endorsement, or supervision. Users engaging with institutional profiles or Vendors must exercise their own judgment and due diligence.

4. Institutional Profiles (Masjids & CBOs)

Masjids and Community-Based Organizations may create profiles that include:

  • Institutional descriptions
  • Images and videos
  • Program information
  • Community outreach details
  • Operational updates

All information displayed on institutional profiles is provided directly by those institutions.

Can Arrange:

  • Does not verify institutional legitimacy
  • Does not validate claims regarding charitable programs
  • Does not guarantee the accuracy of institutional information

Users engaging with institutional content do so at their own discretion and risk.

5. External Engagement and Fundraising

Institutions or users may choose to publish external contact information, including:

  • Bank account information
  • Donation instructions
  • External communication channels

The Platform does not facilitate or process external transfers outside Platform payment systems.

If a user chooses to:

  • Send funds directly to an institution
  • Engage in external communication
  • Conduct transactions outside Platform systems

Such engagement occurs entirely outside the Platform. Can Arrange is not responsible for any financial loss, dispute, or harm resulting from off-platform interactions between users.

6. Acceptable Content

Users may publish content that:

  • Accurately represents goods, services, or institutional activities
  • Supports legitimate Platform operations
  • Provides informational value related to deliveries or community programs
  • Complies with applicable laws and Platform policies

Content must reflect truthful, responsible, and transparent representation. Content may also be referenced for complaints, disputes, or chargeback support, but Platform records remain informational only and do not constitute legal determinations.

7. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload or distribute content that:

  • Misrepresents the role or authority of the Platform
  • Suggests Can Arrange supervises, audits, certifies, or guarantees institutional activities
  • Contains fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive claims
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Discloses private or confidential information without authorization
  • Exploits vulnerable individuals or communities
  • Promotes unrelated commercial activities not supported by the Platform

Violations may result in enforcement actions, including content removal, account restrictions, temporary or permanent suspension, or restriction of Platform features.

8. Video and Media Content

Video content, including delivery confirmation footage, is governed separately by the Safe Use of Video Content Policy.

Media uploaded to the Platform must:

  • Reflect genuine operational activity
  • Respect the dignity of Recipients and community members
  • Avoid misrepresentation or manipulation

Users must not alter, redistribute, or exploit delivery confirmation footage in violation of Platform policies. Videos may be referenced for complaints, disputes, or chargebacks, but Can Arrange does not guarantee resolution outcomes and videos remain informational only.

9. User Responsibilities

All users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of their content
  • Respecting the rights and dignity of others
  • Maintaining lawful and responsible conduct
  • Complying with Platform policies

Users must ensure that any information uploaded does not violate privacy, legal obligations, or Platform rules.

To maintain Platform integrity, Can Arrange may take enforcement actions including:

  • Content removal
  • Warning notifications
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Restriction of Platform features

Moderation exists solely to enforce Platform rules and does not constitute governance, oversight, or verification of users' activities. Enforcement may also include restricting access to video content if misuse is suspected.

11. Independent User Relationships

All users operate independently. Nothing in this Policy creates:

  • An agency relationship
  • A partnership
  • A fiduciary obligation
  • Supervisory authority

Interactions between Buyers, Vendors, Masjids, and CBOs remain independent relationships.

12. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy must be read together with:

  • Unified Terms & Conditions of Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • Safe Use of Video Content Policy
  • Cookies Policy

In case of conflict, the Unified Terms & Conditions of Use prevail.

13. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

14. Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the Arkaan Platform, users acknowledge that they:

  • Have read and understood this Policy
  • Agree to comply with Platform content standards
  • Accept that violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or other enforcement actions
  • Understand that Platform records, including video content, are informational only and do not constitute legal determinations

Section 2 - Dispute Resolution & Complaints Policy

1. Purpose

This Dispute Resolution & Complaints Policy ("Policy") establishes the procedures through which users may submit complaints or raise disputes related to activity conducted through the Arkaan digital platform ("Platform"), operated by Can Arrange Inc. ("Can Arrange," "we," "our," or "us").

The purpose of this Policy is to promote transparency, communication, and documentation of issues that may arise between Platform participants. Arkaan operates solely as a technology coordination platform. Operational activities performed by Vendors, Masjids, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), or other participants are conducted independently. Nothing in this Policy creates a supervisory, fiduciary, arbitration, or adjudication role for Can Arrange.

Clarification: Delivery confirmation videos and other Platform records are maintained for informational purposes only. These records may be referenced by users to support dispute submissions or chargeback requests, but do not constitute legal evidence, arbitration, or liability determination by Can Arrange.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all individuals and organizations interacting through the Platform, including:

  • Senders (Buyers)
  • Vendors
  • Masjids
  • Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)
  • Other authorized Platform participants

This Policy applies only to disputes arising from activity conducted through Platform systems. Disputes relating to external agreements, independent services, or activities outside the Platform fall outside the scope of this Policy.

3. Guiding Principles

3.1 Independent Responsibility

All Platform participants operate as independent parties. Users remain solely responsible for:

  • Their operational decisions
  • Delivery execution
  • Institutional distribution decisions
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

Users must first attempt to resolve disputes directly with the other relevant party, such as:

  • Sender ↔ Vendor
  • Sender ↔ Masjid/CBO
  • Vendor ↔ Masjid/CBO

3.2 Limited Platform Role

Can Arrange may, at its discretion:

  • Provide access to transaction records
  • Provide access to delivery confirmation videos where available
  • Notify relevant parties that a complaint has been submitted
  • Facilitate communication through Platform messaging tools
  • Review complaints to determine whether Platform policy violations occurred

However, Can Arrange does not:

  • Arbitrate disputes
  • Provide mediation services
  • Make binding determinations of fact or fault
  • Assign liability between users
  • Enforce refunds, compensation, or financial reversals outside available Platform features
  • Supervise institutional governance or operational execution

Any resolution between parties occurs independently of Can Arrange.

3.3 Platform Records & Transparency

The Platform maintains transaction logs, operational records, and delivery confirmation videos to support transparency and user reference. These may include:

  • Order confirmations
  • Delivery timestamps
  • Messaging history
  • Delivery confirmation videos (where available)

Important:

  • Platform records and videos are informational only.
  • Users may reference these materials to support complaints or chargeback requests.
  • Platform records do not constitute legal evidence, regulatory auditing, investigative findings, or determination of liability.
  • Users remain responsible for maintaining their own documentation where necessary.

3.4 Good Faith Use

Complaints submitted through the Platform must be made in good faith. Users must not submit complaints that are:

  • Knowingly false
  • Misleading or defamatory
  • Intended to harass or intimidate another user
  • Submitted for competitive interference

Can Arrange reserves the right to restrict complaint access, suspend accounts, or take other enforcement action where complaints are determined to be abusive or malicious.

4. Complaint Submission Process

Users may submit complaints through the Platform using the following process:

  1. Log in to the Arkaan Platform
  2. Navigate to the Support / Complaints section
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Account identification details
    • Type of complaint (delivery issue, service concern, technical issue, etc.)
    • Relevant order reference or transaction ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Supporting documentation (screenshots, receipts, delivery confirmation videos, references, etc.)
    • Requested resolution, if applicable
  4. Submit the complaint through the Platform interface

Can Arrange may notify the relevant party that a complaint has been submitted and may provide access to relevant Platform records, including videos, for informational purposes.

5. Response & Escalation

After a complaint is submitted:

  • The Platform may acknowledge receipt within a reasonable administrative timeframe
  • The relevant parties are expected to communicate directly to attempt resolution

Can Arrange does not guarantee response timelines or dispute outcomes. If disputes remain unresolved, users may pursue:

  • Independent mediation
  • Civil remedies
  • Regulatory or legal channels available under applicable law

Can Arrange does not participate in external legal proceedings unless legally required.

6. Platform Enforcement Authority

While Can Arrange does not adjudicate disputes between users, the Platform may take enforcement action where conduct violates Platform policies. Such actions may include:

  • Issuing warnings
  • Restricting certain account features
  • Suspending accounts
  • Terminating accounts
  • Removing access to certain Platform services

These enforcement actions relate only to Platform rule compliance, not to determining liability between parties.

7. Refunds & Financial Responsibility

Financial transactions conducted through the Platform are executed between Senders and independent Vendors. Can Arrange does not guarantee refunds or financial compensation for disputes involving:

  • Vendor performance
  • Delivery disputes
  • Recipient distribution decisions
  • Independent contractual disagreements

Any financial resolution must be negotiated directly between the relevant parties unless a refund mechanism is explicitly available through the Platform.

Note: Buyers may reference delivery confirmation videos or Platform records to support a refund or chargeback request, but Can Arrange does not assume responsibility for final financial outcomes.

8. Recordkeeping

Complaints and related communications may be logged within Platform systems for:

  • Platform administration
  • Policy enforcement
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security monitoring

These records are maintained solely for internal operational purposes and are informational only. They are not maintained for legal representation, arbitration, or dispute advocacy.

9. Limitation of Platform Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Can Arrange is not liable for:

  • Vendor operational performance
  • Institutional distribution decisions by Masjids or CBOs
  • Sender dissatisfaction with independent third-party actions
  • Disputes arising between users
  • Losses arising from reliance on Platform records

Platform involvement is limited to digital coordination, communication facilitation, and informational transparency.

10. Policy Updates

Can Arrange may update this Policy periodically to improve operational clarity or address legal and regulatory developments. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  • Unified Terms & Conditions of Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • Safe Use of Video Content Policy
  • Content and Community Policy

In the event of conflict, the Unified Terms & Conditions of Use govern Platform usage.

12. Acknowledgment

By using the Arkaan Platform, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Disputes must primarily be resolved directly between relevant parties
  • Can Arrange provides communication facilitation only
  • The Platform does not provide arbitration or dispute adjudication
  • All participants operate independently
  • Delivery confirmation videos and other Platform records are informational only and do not constitute legal or binding determinations

Section 3 - Safe Use of Video Content Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Safe Use of Video Content Policy ("Policy") governs the access, use, sharing, storage, and handling of video content made available through the Arkaan digital platform ("Platform"), operated by Can Arrange Inc. ("Can Arrange," "we," "our," or "us").

Video content exists solely to support order verification, delivery transparency, and operational documentation for Senders (Buyers). Arkaan operates as a technology coordination platform only. Availability of video functionality is a transparency feature and does not create custodial, fiduciary, supervisory, investigative, or agency obligations for Can Arrange.

This Policy is intended to prevent misuse, misrepresentation, exploitation, or harm to:

  • Buyer/Sender-Added Recipients
  • Vendors
  • Masjids
  • Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)
  • Platform users
  • The integrity of the Platform

This Policy applies to all users who access or interact with video content through the Platform, including when videos are referenced in complaints or dispute processes.

2. Scope of Video Content

Video content on the Platform may include:

  • Proof-of-delivery recordings
  • Handover of goods or services
  • Display of prepared meals or supplies
  • Presence of Buyer/Sender-Added Recipients, Vendors, Masjid representatives, or CBO personnel
  • Time-stamped and order-linked footage

Videos are uploaded by Vendors or authorized parties acting under Vendor responsibility. Can Arrange does not direct, choreograph, stage, supervise, or verify how footage is recorded.

Videos may be accessed and referenced by Buyers for:

  • Verification of delivery
  • Operational transparency
  • Dispute resolution or chargeback evidence

Videos remain informational only. They do not constitute legal evidence, fiduciary proof, or create liability for Can Arrange.

3. Ownership, License, and Platform Role

Video recordings may be created during fulfillment of Platform transactions by Vendors or other participants involved in delivery coordination, including Masjids or CBOs. For purposes of this Policy, "Participants" may include Vendors, Masjids, CBO representatives, volunteers, or other individuals involved in Platform-coordinated delivery activities. Participants may capture video recordings for delivery verification and operational transparency related to Platform orders.

Participants retain ownership of the original media files they capture prior to upload. By uploading video content to the Platform, Participants grant Can Arrange a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store and process the content on Platform systems
  • Display the content to authorized users associated with the relevant order
  • Maintain records for operational transparency, dispute reference, compliance, and audit purposes

However:

  • Video content captured during or in connection with Platform-coordinated delivery activities is considered part of the Platform's operational transparency record.
  • Participants may not use, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display video content associated with Platform activities—including for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, or fundraising—without prior written authorization from Can Arrange.
  • Participants must not publish delivery verification footage externally in a manner that could expose or identify Recipients without authorization.
  • Participants must not represent Platform-coordinated deliveries as independent institutional programs or initiatives.

Can Arrange does not claim editorial ownership of Participant-created media but retains authority to control how such media is used within the Platform environment. Access to video content is a limited, conditional privilege associated with a completed transaction, not a property right. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Can Arrange harmless for any misuse or unauthorized distribution of content.

4. Permitted Use by Senders (Buyers)

Senders may:

  • View video content associated with their completed orders
  • Download video content for personal record-keeping
  • Share video content only in its original, unedited form
  • Share video content only for transparency, accountability, dispute support, or informational purposes

All permitted use must preserve:

  • Context
  • Accuracy
  • The dignity of Buyer/Sender-Added Recipients
  • The integrity of the Platform

Note: Video content may be referenced in complaints or disputes, including chargeback requests, but Can Arrange does not guarantee outcomes and remains informational only.

5. Strictly Prohibited Uses

Senders and any third party must not:

  • Edit, alter, crop, distort, or manipulate video content
  • Add captions, overlays, voiceovers, or music that alters context
  • Use videos for commercial advertising, marketing, or fundraising
  • Use videos to shame, humiliate, or exploit Recipients
  • Use videos for political, ideological, or religious propaganda
  • Misrepresent Platform operations or capabilities
  • Re-upload videos while claiming personal credit for deliveries
  • Distribute videos in a way that endangers Recipients, Vendors, Masjids, or CBOs
  • Present videos as official audits, inspections, certifications, or investigations

Any misuse constitutes a material breach of the Unified Terms & Conditions of Use.

6. Recipient Dignity and Protection

6.1 Participant Media Publication and Review

Participants, including Vendors, Masjids, and CBOs, may wish to reference Platform-related delivery activities in institutional communications, websites, or social media. To protect the dignity of Recipients and the integrity of the Platform:

  • Participants intending to publicly share delivery-related media associated with Platform activities must first submit the content to Can Arrange for review.
  • The review process ensures that content does not misrepresent Platform operations, Participants, or the circumstances of delivery.
  • Content must not expose or exploit vulnerable individuals appearing in delivery verification recordings.

Participants may only publish such content after receiving approval from Can Arrange. Can Arrange retains the right to deny or restrict publication if the content:

  • Misrepresents Platform operations or the role of Participants
  • Exposes Recipients in an undignified or unsafe manner
  • Creates reputational or operational risk to the Platform or its participants

Participants must comply with any request from Can Arrange to modify or remove content that violates this Policy. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from Platform participation.

6.2 Buyer/Sender-Added Recipients

  • Appear solely for delivery confirmation
  • May be individuals, families, or institutions receiving goods or services
  • Must be treated with dignity and respect

Vendors and receiving institutions (Masjids/CBOs) are responsible for complying with local legal requirements regarding video recording or consent. Can Arrange does not supervise or administer consent procedures. Responsibility for misuse of recorded content rests with the party who distributes or misuses the content.

7. No Guarantee of Video Format, Quality, or Outcome

Can Arrange does not guarantee:

  • Video length
  • Camera angle
  • Resolution or image quality
  • Framing or clarity
  • Presence of identifiable faces or voices

Video content serves only as functional proof of order fulfillment and informational reference. It does not constitute documentary evidence, legal proof, investigative reporting, regulatory certification, or compliance verification.

8. Platform Rights and Enforcement

To protect Platform integrity, Can Arrange reserves the right to:

  • Restrict or revoke user access to video content
  • Disable downloading or sharing features
  • Remove video access where misuse is suspected
  • Suspend or terminate user accounts
  • Require removal of vendor media that violates Platform policies

  • Require removal of externally published delivery media that violates this Policy or misrepresents Platform activities

Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Can Arrange.

Can Arrange:

  • Is not responsible for how Senders or third parties use video content after access
  • Is not liable for redistribution of videos outside the Platform
  • Does not monitor external platforms or social media
  • Does not guarantee completeness or accuracy of recorded footage

Users assume full responsibility for downstream use of video content. Vendors remain responsible for any unauthorized external use of recordings they capture.

10. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  • Unified Terms & Conditions of Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • Content & Community Policy
  • Vendor Terms & Conditions

In the event of any conflict, the Unified Terms & Conditions of Use prevails.

11. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued access to video content constitutes acceptance of updates.

12. Acknowledgment

By accessing, downloading, or sharing video content through the Platform, users acknowledge that they have read and agree to comply with this Policy and the Unified Terms & Conditions of Use.
